BIO

I graduated from Naropa Institute in 1990 with an Interdisciplinary B.A. Degree in Movement Studies and Psychology of Health and Healing.   I have always been drawn to the wisdom of the body and the healing arts.   

During my first 5 years in the field I worked in hospice offering bodywork and massage.  This gave me the experience of working with a great variety of people, and a long list of medical conditions.  Since then I have been working with individuals toward greater health and integration on all levels of being.  I continue each year to further my education in the field of bodywork.
